摘要
Heat transfer of direct transfer pre-swirl rotor-stator system was investigated by experiments. Contours of local Nusselt number on the rotating disk, distribution of circumferential-averaged Nusselt number along radial direction, and variation of average Nusselt number with rotating Reynolds number and mass flow rate coefficient were obtained. The results show that with the same mass flow rate and low rotational Reynolds number, peak zones of local Nusselt number arise at small radius. When rotational Reynolds number increases, peak zones of local Nusselt number move to larger radius and expand. With the same rotational Reynolds number, peak zones of local Nusselt number move to smaller radius and their ranges decreases. Average Nusselt number would increase when rotational Reynolds number or mass flow rate coefficient increases.
