N2 - To improve the heat dissipation performance of high torque density three-dimensional magnetic circuit permanent magnet motor (3DMCM) for the electric propulsion aircraft, this paper proposes an oil-cooled cooling support plate (CSP). Manufactured via additive technology, it integrates dual-independent flow channels for compact, efficient heat dissipation. Embedded between stator disk cores and in close contact with toroidal windings, it significantly improves thermal conductivity. A highprecision thermal network model (TNM) is developed, detailing its methodology and parameter calculations. The impact of key CSP parameters on temperature rise is analyzed to guide optimization. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations validate the effectiveness of the proposed structure and model accuracy.
