N2 - The objective function of traditional power system dispatching is to minimize the total fuel cost, not taking the emission costs of pollutants brought from burning fossil fuels into account. With the growing demand of environmental protection, it is necessary to consider a power system dispatching scheme involving emissions. First, model with taking emission as a constraint of dispatching function; Second, propose a more optimized searching radius-varied multi-objective particle swarm algorithm to deal with this system model; Third, simulate for a wind power system in the eastern Mongolia, and compare the result with those obtained conventional PSO, multi-objective differential evolution algorithm and multi-objective particle swarm optimization. It shows that the method described in this paper achieves improvement.
