Forecast analysis on quantity of demand for special talents in Chinese space technology field

By adequately analyzing and classifying a series of statistical materials collected and selecting four different kinds of forecast models for the quantity of demand for the talents, they are, gray forecast model, comprehensive index method, multiple regression approach and combined forecast model, this paper has forecast the time sequence of the demand of special talents in Chinese space technology field and has carried out the primary error analysis. Also, policy suggestions are proposed. The conclusion is of great value for reference in various aspects, such as some relevant departments devising layout for talents in space technology field, establishing some relevant institutes for training special talents in space technology field, determining the scale of the space technology educational training, and formulating training programs for talents in space technology field.
