Fluid flow model of HSTCP

摘要

HSTCP (High Speed TCP congestion control) is a well-suited congestion control mechanism for high bandwidth flows. In this paper, we first present a fluid flow model for the feedback control system of HSTCP and AQM (active queue management) by using Stochastic Differential equation. Based on this model, we analyses the stability of the system, and obtain one method of configuring of control parameters of RED. NS2 simulation shows the method is effective.
