摘要
The transient optical properties of PbS nanoparticles modified by manoxol OT (AOT) were studied with standard time resolved pump-probe techniques, and the PbS nanoparticles were prepared by using microemulsion method in the system of water/toluene. The transient induced absorption phenomena are obviously observed, which arises from the biexciton effect and the trapped carrier induced Stark effect, and the relaxation time is varied as the surface chemical modification being changed. For PbS nanoparticles, the relaxation recovers completely in 200 femto second.
