摘要
The environment control system(ECS) plays an important role in ensuring the aircraft safety and supplying good work environment for electronic devices. The method of fault diagnosis strategy design and testability optimization based on multi-signal modeling is proposed to solve the problems associated with ECS, such as the strong correlation between failures and the serious coupling. The principle of aircraft ECS and its multi-signal modeling work-flow are firstly introduced in this paper. The suitability of the proposed technique is illustrated through its application for ECS. The test results show that multi-signal model is effective on fault diagnosis for ECS and pragmatic for testability optimization in engineering.
