摘要

Two kinds of non-closely packed binary colloidal crystal were fabricated using polystyrene (PS)particles as blocking units by improved vertical deposit method. The SEM images and reflectance spectra of the structure exhibit fine orderly structure obtained by this method. Using the non-closely packed PS colloid crystal as template, titania (TiO2) inverse opal was fabricated, which has high relative refractive index.
