摘要
With dSPACE system and developed piezoelectric ceramic actuators, an intelligent antenna structure was designed and used as a testbed, and the deformation control experiments were developed in this work. The PID closed loop control method was adopted in the experiments and the work contained nodes' deformation control, nodes' positions maintenance in the cases of disturbing effects and step displacement control. The results showed that under given conditions, the piezoelectric structures were valid in the structures' deformation control. The maximum displacement control capacity of the actuator was 166μm and the absolute position control accuracy could reach ±0.4μm.
