abstract = "Electromagnetic spectrum is the basis of information warfare. Electromagnetic interference (EMI) between devices can seriously reduce combat performance in the formation combat which proves that it is important to evaluate the performance of EMI network. This paper analyzes the characteristics of formation combat EMI network and the EMI complex network model of formation is proposed. EMI network research framework is built by using the theory of complex network. An EMI network performance evaluation model integrated degree, clustering coefficient and other factors is proposed based on the EMI network features. The simulation results prove the applicability of the evaluation model of EMI network. The research can provide theoretical basis for commanders to manage spectrum effectively.",
