摘要

Online reviews can help consumers to make the purchase decision, but the number of online reviews is too large for consumers to find the useful information. In this paper, a framework of evaluating and sorting the online reviews according to usefulness is proposed. First, the features of online reviews are analyzed, and second the TOPSIS method and the VIKOR method are chosen to evaluate and sort the online reviews. Finally, an example is given to illustrate the evaluation and sort process.
