Establish a high temperature constructive model for strength steel

摘要

The hot stamping of strength steel is a new technics using the softing of the metal at high temperature to forming a part. The deformation of the metal is related to the temperature and the rate of deformation. The hot deformation experiment of the BH1500S sheet is done at the temperature 600-800 and the rate of deformation 0.1/min-0.05/min. the reasonable high temperature constructive model of the strength steel is established. From the result, the constructive model can accord with the stress-strain relationship at the large deformation, the effect of the temperature is larger than rate of deformation to the deformation.
