摘要
In this paper, the environmental sensitivity of silicone rubber under a marine atmospheric environment is thoroughly analyzed using modern mathematical methods, including Gray Correlation and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. The results indicate that during the pre-aging period, the annual average relative humidity has the most significant impact on the changes in the mechanical properties of the rubber, making it the most sensitive factor. In the post-aging period, the duration of sunlight exposure exerts the greatest influence on the mechanical properties of silicone rubber. This study effectively transitions the characterization of environmental effects on rubber aging from qualitative to quantitative analysis. The findings can be applied to the design of laboratory simulations for accelerated marine atmospheric aging test programs.
