摘要
A novel 12/14 conical bearingless switched reluctance motor is designed for the problem that the torque and suspending force control of conventional BSRM are coupled with each other and cannot control the axial suspending force. First., the structure and principle of the conical bearingless switched reluctance motor are introduced., and the main dimensions of the 12/14 BSRM are calculated with reference to the design method of the conventional SRM. Then the size of the conical motor is determined by increasing the cone angle., etc. on the basis of the 12/14 column BSRM. Three structures based on the large end of the rotor., the small end of the rotor and the middle section of the rotor are proposed to explore the effect of the cone angle on the motor performance with the same excitation current and magnetic saturation., respectively., to determine the final size of the motor from the consideration of the performance and the difficulty of machining. Finally., the effectiveness of the designed motor is verified by analyzing the inductance., torque., suspending force and coupling characteristics of the motor.
