摘要

The effect of strain rate on stress corrosion cracking (SCO behavior of X70 pipeline steel in simulated korla soil solution was investigated. The stress corrosion cracking behavior of X70 pipeline steel in simulated solution was investigated by using slow strain rate test (SSRT). The morphologies of X70 pipeline steel fracture surface at different strain rate were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that strain rate, especial local strain rate, greatly influenced the stress corrosion cracking of X70 pipeline steel. X70 pipeline steel was susceptible to stress corrosion cracking at strain rates ranging from 5×10-7 to 5×10 -6 s-1 in simulated solution. At different stages of crack growth, the relative contribution of interaction between hydrogen and anodic dissolution was different.
