摘要
Corrosion behaviors of Al-6Mg-Zr and Al-6Mg-Zr-Sc alloys in artificial seawater were studied by using accelerated corrosion test and electrochemical measurement methods. It was found that etching pit was found on the surfaces of two alloys in the testing environments, and the resistance to corrosion of Al-6Mg-Zr-Sc was better than that of Al-6Mg-Zr alloy. By means of SEM/EDX, it was found that the β-phrase precipitation in Al-6Mg-Zr-Sc alloys was distributed discontinuously due to the grain refinement effect of Al3(Sc,Zr), which reduced the susceptibility to corrosion.
