N2 - The heat insulation and stress distribution in thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) with different inner wall heat transfer coefficients were studied via finite element method (FEM), laying a foundation for the selection of heat transfer coefficients. The results show that, the temperature of model decreases with the increase of the inner wall heat transfer coefficients, meanwhile, the temperature difference between inner and outer walls increases non-linearly. The maximum stress occurs near the thermally grown oxide (TGO) layer, and its value increases with the increase of heat transfer coefficients.
