摘要
Several group creep experiment of 7B04 aluminum alloy was carried out under different stress levels at 140°C, 150°C, 160°C. The microstructures and mechanical properties of 7B04 aluminum alloy under different creep-age forming (CAF) process were investigated. The results show that the suitable creep temperature is 150°C. And TEM results shows that high stress accelerate the transformation of precipitation, as well as increase the flowability of dislocations. Thus, during the early stage of creep at 150°C, the yield stress value is dramatically increased and achieved the maximum, then decreased with the increase of the creep time.
