摘要

The instantaneous start process of key moving part in a linear motor driven NC was analyzed using the explicit integration method in ABAQUS. The finite element model included the body of machining center, linear motor, linear rolling guide and the moving platform. The results including the positioning accuracy and parallelism indicate that remarkable parallelism errors are brought in during the momentary start process because of the infinitesimal damping at the moving direction.
