摘要
Based on rigid multi-body simulation, the Z axis feed module of a new type of turn-mill combined machine tool was studied considering flexibility of plate and contact interface. A rigid-flexible model of the Z axis module was established and verified with a sine sweep experiment. Furthermore, by considering the linear motor servo control loop, a modeling method studying the dynamic characteristic of the feed drive system under the influence of rigid-flexible & electrical-mechanical coupling was presented. The simulation results illuminated that the mechanical structure and the servo control loop have a corporate critical influence on the dynamic characteristic of the feed drive system of the machine tool.
