DYNAMIC MODELING AND RUB-IMPACT ANALYSIS OF A ROTOR-STATOR SYSTEM UNDER MANEUVERING FLIGHT

摘要

The pursuit of extreme maneuverability in modern fighter jets necessitates a thorough understanding of aeroengine rotor dynamics under inertial loads. The aeroengine is inevitably subjected to significant inertial loads, which can have a pronounced impact on the dynamic behaviour of the engine. This paper establishes a dynamic model of the rotor-stator system, considering the maneuver flight and rub-impact effect. Results indicate that the rotor-stator system exhibits significant displacement and deformation in the direction of inertial loading under overload. Also, the relative deformation between rotor and stator exceeds the clearance, resulting in rub-impact effect and complex dynamic behaviour and posing significant risks to engine safety. A novel intersection methodology between dynamic response trajectories and clearance thresholds provides a quantitative criterion for rub-impact occurrence. These findings demonstrate that traditional fixed-clearance assumptions are inadequate for maneuver conditions, necessitating integrated design approaches combining real-time clearance monitoring with adaptive vibration suppression for high-maneuverability engines.
