摘要
Design Structure Matrix (DSM)-based modeling of project scheduling for complex product development was put forward. One part of the model was the rework probability DSM which described the serial iterations of the tasks in the product development sub-project and computed the added project duration. The other was the integrated project model based on the former DSM model which was used to calculate the duration of the project by the operation of partitioning. By the simulation process, managers could predict the duration of project and the influence of the serial iteration on it, so as to find the key task and the key sub-project. Finally, future work was also pointed out.
