abstract = "A novel metasurfaces double split-rings structure is proposed for converting linear polarization to cross-polarization of electromagnetic waves in a wide frequency band. The simulation results show that the proposed super surface is able to convert linearly polarized waves into cross-polarized waves from 9.23 to 25.17 GHz with a polarization conversion ratio (PCR) of 90\%. The proposed metasurface has a larger bandwidth compared to the traditional polarization converter, and it can be used in many significant applications.",
