N2 - With the prosperous development of medical communities such as DingXiang, Good-Doctor-Online, how to use user-generated content (UGC) to tap the hidden value, and better serve the doctors and patients have become a common concern. In this paper, the DingXiang UGC was employed to extract symptom words. The association rules mining based on the skewed support distribution was used to disclose the frequent patterns between the symptoms and diseases. At the same time, the robustness was measured and evaluated. The results of this study can not only help patients with initial self-diagnosis, but also shed light on new ideas for medical research from a data-driven manner.
