摘要
As a kind of smart material, self-healing composites have obvious advantages compared with traditional composite materials, because they can repair the damage occurring in materials autonomously, and maintain the integrity of structure. Self-healing composites with microvascular networks are expected to become one of the most important self-healing materials, because they can be applied with many kinds of control, and achieve multiple high-efficiency repair. The paper reviewed the research branches and progress of microvascular self-healing composite materials, and summarized the relevant research methods and research results. Finally, it pointed out the shortcomings of existing research and put forward the direction of future research.
