摘要
Three-dimensional unsteady, nonlinear harmonic method calculation procedures were developed based on three-dimensional Denton steady solver. The high-modeling-precision advantage of nonlinear harmonic method was validated by contrast the deterministic stresses (DS) field solved with unsteady and nonlinear harmonic method for two three-dimensional single-stage and multi-stage transonic compressor simulation cases, and the five sources of modeling error were analyzed. Results show that with the increase of harmonic orders, the value of deterministic stress constantly goes to a limit, presenting the characteristic of “harmonic convergence”. Only first two harmonic components taken into account was the best choice in the simulation cases because of its high benefit-cost ratio.
