Design three-loop autopilot for BTT missile using combined optimal/classical approach

摘要

In this paper, the combined optimal/classical approach was applied to design the three-loop autopilots for BTT missile, and the autopilots has the characteristics of simple structure, stable performance and good robustness; meanwhile the design process also showed the derivation of the traditional three-loop autopilot. Then the autopilots were used in a six degree of freedom nonlinear simulation of some BTT missile. The results indicate that the autopilots have the characteristics of fast tracking, small stable error and good robustness.
