abstract = "A transmitarray antenna based on polarized rotating unit is proposed in this paper. The feed source is chosen as a conical corrugated horn antenna with good beam equalization. The transmitarray contains 30×30 cells, each consists of two dielectric layers and three metal layers. And based on the analysis of Keller cone, the serrated edge is introduced to the transmitarray to study its amplitude and phase fluctuation. The results show that the phase fluctuations of the electric field in the Fresnel region is reduced by introducing the serrated edges.",
