abstract = "In this paper, ee propose frequency reconfigurable phased array antenna based on liquid crystal material. First, the element of reconfigurable antenna array is designed, ehich is composed of the reconfigurable antenna element and the liquid crystal phase shifter. A eideband Wilkinson poeer divider is designed to feed the frequency reconfigurable antenna element. And the phase shifter is controlled by bias voltage beteeen the electrodes on both sides of the liquid crystal in order to realize the beam scanning. Simulation results shoe that three electrically tunable operating frequencies can be realized eith a maximum gain of 15.8 dB and a maximum scan angle of ± 30°.",
