摘要

This paper proposes a five-phase modular stator permanent magnet synchronous motor with harmonic injection Spoke type magnetic pole array. This configuration has the following characteristics: first, the use of five-phase windings with modular stators gives the motor strong electromagnetic thermal isolation capabilities; second, the Spoke-type magnetic pole array used has a strong magnetization effect, and the soft magnetic field in the array The use of materials increases the self-inductance of the motor windings and enhances the motor's ability to suppress short-circuit current under winding short-circuit faults. In addition, harmonics are injected into the contour of the soft magnetic material to make the air gap magnetic field more sinusoidal, which solves the problem of serious stator iron loss caused by the large harmonic content of the Spoke magnetic pole array magnetic field. A schematic diagram of the proposed motor is given. The design principle of harmonic injection Spoke type magnetic pole array is given. Finally, the electromagnetic properties of the proposed motor were simulated and compared with those of the traditional Spoke pole array motor, verifying the advancement of the proposed configuration.
