N2 - In this paper a design of a high-performance electrical power system of an earth observation Nano-satellite has been done. The Electrical Power System is a sensitive part that affect the mission success. Therefore, it must be designed to be efficient and reliable to harvest the required power, to supply the appropriate power, and to protect every subsystem from any kind of damages. The designed system has enhanced by several innovations that increase the system reliability and feasibility, it also includes an optimized Perturb and Observe Maximum Power Point Tracking algorithm to ensure the well behavior of the system under the fast change in the irradiance level caused by the satellite tumbling.
