摘要
This paper introduces the design of inference engine for integrated diagnosis based on the prognostics and health management (PHM) of aircraft electromechanical system. According to the analysis of PHM area level's functions and manager structure, the preparations for inference engine design related to integrated diagnosis are carried out, including system functional modeling, augmented failure mode effect and criticality analysis (aFMECA) analysis and correlation analysis. Finally, the general structure of inference engine is designed with its workflow is given. By integrating several former inference mechanisms, the proposed inference engine for diagnosis can fully realize the integrated diagnosis functions of electromechanical system and has great value for engineering applications.
