N2 - Most of the villagers are still living in the information-poor environment because of the lack of network resources, which has seriously hindered the development of local economy and culture. But building high-cost-infrastructure between the village and the city is unrealistic. Based on the Bundle Protocol of Delay-Tolerant Network, our system connected the LAN of the village and the Internet in the city, relying on the data transmission from the vehicle traveling between the two places, which expanded the coverage of Internet, provided a better living environment for villagers and reduced the huge cost of the infrastructure.
