摘要
To address key challenges in the launch deployment and separation safety of companion satellites for space target spacecraft, this paper proposes the design and development of a companion micro-nano satellite configuration integrated with a specific release mechanism. This configuration efficiently utilizes the external space of the target spacecraft, enabling payload deployment and ensuring safe separation. The structural and mechanical subsystems of the companion satellite were designed for dynamic imaging of the space target spacecraft. Subsequently, mechanical tests and separation tests were conducted on the assembled satellite. The mechanical tests confirmed the effectiveness of the structural design, demonstrating that the satellite possesses sufficient strength and stiffness to endure the mechanical environment during the powered phase. Separation tests further validated the effectiveness of the release mechanism design, confirming that the satellite can be successfully separated post-powered phase.
