摘要
Based on the storage stability analyzing process for the accelerometer, this paper has achieved the integration of Finite Element Analysis (FEA), approximate modeling, storage stability analysis and database management in the storage stability analyzing software. By packaging the ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) and enabling the MATLAB engine, this software has achieved the redevelopment of ANSYS and the approximate modeling of simulation data in a user interface created by Visual C++ where the results of storage stability analysis are presented. The storage stability analysis conducted in this paper which will work as a tool for the stability design and analysis in the product developing process is mainly based on the modeling in ANSYS and the simulation data. The software can also predict the accelerometer's storage stable term in real time based on the field storage data of the scale factor K1 through secondary modeling with the help of the storage stability analysis module and data interface. It can also work as a support for the storage stable term prediction based on storage data in the employment phase of the accelerometer.
