摘要
Wang et al. reported in Device an innovative in-memory computing (IMC) architecture that stores both inputs and weights within the IMC array. This architecture eliminates data movement and the usage of digital-to-analog converters (DACs), achieving low power consumption and high throughputs. The good scalability on all resistive-memory-based IMC arrays indicates promising potential in signal processing and artificial neural networks.
