The main purpose of this note is to provide information that was missing below (3) in Du, Wen, Wu, Cheng, and Lü (2020), which is given as follows. The dynamics of the leader and those of the [Formula presented] agents are assumed to satisfy the following inequalities [Formula presented] and [Formula presented] where the parameters [Formula presented] are the same as those in Assumption 2.1.
