摘要
Here, Cu-TCPP MOF nanodots (denoted as CTMDs) were fabricated; they could functionally and structurally mimic the antioxidant superoxide diamutase (SOD) for alleviating endotoxemia with the ability of renal enrichment and clearance. CTMDs featured with a biomimetic size, a similar Cu active site coordination environment to that of natural SOD and ordered channels similar to substrate channels exhibited the highest SOD-like activity among other nanozymes. Together with the GPx-like activity, the bio-inspired CTMDs could protect cell components in vitro as well as reduce the systemic inflammation and mortality in an endotoxemia model in vivo.
