Compare of three micropattern methods for high-throughput cell arrangement

摘要

Investigations on single-cell level are significant in cellular researches, and the captured of single cell have been reported by many researchers. However, there is still a lack of effective methods to realize high-throughput cell capture and arrangement simultaneously. In this paper, we compared three micropattern methods for high-throughput cell capture and arrangement, and we found a micropore-arrayed membrane based micropattern method could reach efficiency higher than 90%.
