Combined fatigue experimental study of fir-tree mortises on light/serious corrosive turbine disc at elevated temperature

摘要

By using a new low and high cycle noninterfering loading method, a experimental system of Low and High Cycle Combined Fatigue (L-HCCF) at elevated temperature was established. Through the real-time crack detection of the first tooth, the crack propagation law of fir-tree mortise was obtained. Then, under two vibration frequencies (50 Hz and 100 Hz), the contrast fatigue life experiment of light and serious corrosive disc mortise was done. The experimental results which can be used to draw up the corrosive scrapped criterion of this disc show that the experimental L-HCCF life of serious corrosive disc is less than that of light's and its dispersion is larger.
