This paper uses Agent-based modeling to simulate battlement scenes and use neural networks as an assistant before the commander make real decision. The paper use further 'Cloud War' scenario as an example to show the usefulness of this methods. In the end, this paper proposes an 'Decision-Making Brain' for the future aviation combat technology.",
