摘要

The features of a realtime multitasking operating system for Chinese character processing are described. The following problems are discussed in detail: the influence of the device-independence in operating system on the Chinese character processing, the choice of the external code and inner code of Chinese character, and the mutual influence between the realtime multitask and the Chinese character processing.
