摘要

The penetration layers with different Al-Cr ratios are prepared by using different activators (NH4Cl and NaF). Subsequently, hot corrosion tests are carried out. The penetration layer thickness increases with the increase of Al content. There are AlCr-rich precipitates in the penetration layer and the layered structure appears. The increase of the thickness of the layer and the Al content inhibit the internal diffusion of corrosive elements and ensure the stability of the layer, improving the hot corrosion resistance of the sample. The presence of precipitated phase and stratified structure in the layer also improve the hot corrosion resistance effectively.
