摘要
In order to adapt to the rapid development of small vehicles, meet the needs of people on individual traffic, ease traffic congestion, reduce pollution and save energy, an intellective transportation scheme that contains intellective taxi routing and algorithm for multi-passenger taxi taking via GPS satellite positioning system is presented in this paper. Furthermore, this paper comes up with an optimization method of choosing the shortest path and an algorithm to avoid congestion. The system is according to the actual requirement of city taxi and based on central controlling as the overall design idea. It is mainly consist of two parts, the vehicle terminal and the monitoring and dispatching center. The vehicle terminal is to fulfill the collection of data, storage, and transmission and so on. Then it can turn to be intellective. Meanwhile, transmission can accomplish data processing, analysis, output and other basic functions. Besides, through the monitoring and dispatching center, we can watch the playback of vehicle track and realize real-time positioning. Also, via setting path property of data map, we do real-time positioning, monitoring and early warning to vehicles. Not only can this system be convenient to citizens, but it can decrease the rate of empty cars, have a positive effect on city traffic and pollution reduction as well.
