摘要
According to the incomplete consideration of the impacts of the big operational data of state degradation and product quality of the multi-state manufacturing system in traditional maintenance studies, a new predictive maintenance technique based on the mission reliability state defined by the big operational data of manufacturing system is put forward. Firstly, the concept of big operational data of manufacturing system is defined, and its connotation is expounded focused on the operation state.Secondly, a mission reliability model of manufacturing system is defined to measure the operation performance state of manufacturing system, which is established from the big operational data. Thirdly, a predictive maintenance strategy is put forward considering the proposed mission reliability model for the manufacturing system. Finally, a case study of cylinder head manufacturing system has been presented to validate the proposed approach.
