Assembly of Oxidized/Intrinsic 2D MXene Film for Improved Absorption Electromagnetic Shielding

摘要

In recent years, two-dimensional transition metal carbon/nitride (MXene) has been widely used in the field of electromagnetic shielding due to its excellent solution processability and high conductivity. This article applies the intrinsic MXene material to avoid introducing other materials, and combines pure MXene with oxidized MXene to prepare composite films. The reason why the introduction of oxidized MXene can effectively improve the absorption rate of intrinsic MXene electromagnetic shielding films is due to its loose and porous structure. It is worth noting that the prepared composite film can still maintain a shielding efficiency of over 99.97% in the R-band (22-33GHz); In addition, compared to pure MXene film, the composite MXene film can increase the absorption rate of electromagnetic waves by 18.69%, achieving better green and environmentally friendly shielding characteristics.
