摘要

BUAA-SAT is a micro-satellite mainly developed by graduate students of beihang university, aiming to verify new space technology and train students for satellite engineering through hands-on practical training. The mass of the satellite is around 30kg with the dimension of 320mm×320mm×553mm. Preliminary design of the satellite structure is completed by use of L-shaped frame and stiffened plates, forming typical frame-plate structure. Structure analysis is then performed to check the structure characteristics. Topology and size optimization for stiffened plates is proposed and solved by the methodology combining simplified size optimization and threshold control. Optimal structure design is finally obtained and it satisfies all the requirements with less weight.
