摘要
The orthogonal design and D optimal design was applied to DTG position test. According to regression model, DTG test plans using the least squares method and D optimal rule was designed. The detailed optimal test schemes of six-position, eight-position and twelve-position was presented. The results indicated that the optimal eight-position design was better than the traditional eight-position design through the data analysis of the information matrix of the test schemes. And eight-position scheme and twelve-position scheme are better than others. In order to verify designed optimal schemes, experiments of six-position, eight-position, twelve-position and traditional eight-position was done. The conclusions using variance analysis on experimental data were in keeping with the results of theoretical analysis.
