N2 - As a digital enabling technology and means to implement advanced concepts such as intelligent manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and Industrial Internet, digital twin has attracted attention from both academic and industrial communities. As the core component of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platforms, the power system has a significant impact on the performance, research and development, and manufacturing of UAVs. This paper expounds the core concepts and technical composition of digital twin, and starting from aspects such as digital twin modeling, intelligent manufacturing implementation, and production information management, introduces the application of these technologies in the research, development, manufacturing, and maintenance processes of UAV power systems. It constructs an architecture for the research and manufacturing application system of power systems based on digital twin, and clarifies the information interaction between the digital space and the physical space. This paper provides modeling architecture and five-dimensional digital twin modeling theoretical support for digital twin, intelligent manufacturing, and information management of power systems in the context of the industrial internet.
