T1 - Application of composite materials in infrared camouflage

N2 - The composite materials used in infrared camouflage are reviewed with classification based on the infrared camouflage principle. The status and application prospect of the composite materials in stealthy technique are analyzed, and the outcomes of intelligent temperature control composite material systems based on thermoelectric cooler in the laboratory are introduced. A variety of the above-mentioned systems are studied under different application conditions. A theoretical calculation model for the cooling performance of the temperature control system is developed, and effects of thermoelectric module leg length, cooling mode are studied on the performance of the temperature control material system. The results show that the intelligent temperature control material system can change its surface temperature according to the vibration of aimed temperature, exhibiting outstanding ability of intelligent temperature controlling. Finally, the application of intelligent temperature control composite material in infrared camouflage is summarized and predicted.
